Holding the 205th meeting of the Planning and Development Council

The 205th meeting of the Planning and Development Council of Isfahan Province was held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 in the Governor's Assembly Hall, chaired by Dr. Rezaei, Governor of Isfahan.

In this meeting, after reciting a few verses from The Holy Quran, Dr. Rezaei, Governor and Chairman of the Planning and Development Council of the province, while welcoming and congratulating the arrival of the month of Rajab and the happy birthday of Imam Mohammad Baqir (AS) dealt with meetings the people in the Fajr decade and considered the administrative bureaucracy as one of the most important problems of the people. He considered the long process of addressing the problems of the people the most important factor in creating dissatisfaction as well as avoiding investment in the province.

The head of the provincial planning and development council considered scheduling appointments for face-to-face meetings with managers, as well as managers' visits to cities and listening to people's problems as one of the most important duties of managers and considered accelerating the solution of people's problems as one of the criteria for evaluating managers.

Following this and according to the agenda, Mr. Engineer Moradmand, the head of the Jihad Agricultural Organization of the province, presented a report on the performance of the facilities of paragraph A of Note 18 of the Budget Law of 2018 and paragraph A of Article 52 of the Law of Accession of 2019 and stated: The government is obliged to implement a broad and productive employment program with emphasis on the employment of youth, university graduates, women, supportive employment, production sector and agricultural employment program to increase production and create job opportunities and Employment has been stabilized. These programs are in the form of production and job creation based on the priority activities of the agricultural sector, national production capacity enhancement program and employment consolidation using the Rial resources of the National Development Fund, internal resources of operating banks and subsidies to reduce interest rates. The budget law has provided technical and credit assistance from the sources of credits.

Furthermore, Dr. Akbari, The Head of the Management and Planning Organization and Secretary of the Council, listed the most credit needed to create employment in the form of Note 18 in the industrial sector and called for more follow-up and efforts of the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization to increase employment stabilization credits in this Section compared to other sections.

After that, the approvals of the Working Group on Infrastructure, Rural, Urban, Nomadic Development, Land Management and Environment were presented to 47 plans and projects that had previously been sent to all members of the council along with invitations, and members also expressed their views and opinions on clauses.

Then, Mr. Engineer Saffaripour, consultant of the Management and Planning Organization of the province, presented a report on the situation of industrial lands and industrial towns of Isfahan city and stated: By the end of 2019, Isfahan city has 10341 hectares of lands with industrial use, of which about 4159 hectares are in the form of 19 towns and industrial zones are approved and 61825 hectares are scattered in the form of transfer, which is established in the form of 9827 permits, of which 9528 hectares of these lands have been transferred. After that, the approvals of the Economic, Employment and Investment Working Group were discussed and the members expressed their views.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Akbari, Secretary of the Provincial Planning and Development Council, according to the provisions of the negotiations and approvals of the 204th meeting of the Provincial Planning and Development Council, presented a report on non-realization of revenue in a number of executive bodies in the 10 months of 2020-21.
