The 207th meeting of the Planning and Development Council was held

The 207th meeting of the Planning and Development Council of Isfahan Province was held on Saturday, April 24, 2021 in the Governor's Assembly Hall, chaired by Dr. Rezaei, Governor of Isfahan.

At the beginning of the meeting, after reciting a few verses from The Holy Quran, Dr. Akbari, head of the Management and Planning Organization and secretary of the council, while welcoming and wishing to accept obedience and worship in this blessed month, pointed to the council meeting as webinars that it was ordered by the National Corona Headquarter.

He stated that the executive rules of the budget for the year 1400 (2021-2022) have not been announced, and explained the measures taken to pay the salaries of the employees of the executive bodies April of this year.

After That, Mr. Forouzandeh, Head of the Secretariat of the Provincial Planning and Development Council, presented a report on the performance of the Provincial Planning and Development Council in the past year and stated that in 2020, the number of meetings of the Provincial Planning and Development Council was 3 more than in 2019. Explains the most important issues raised at last year's council meetings.

Then, Dr. Rezaei, Governor of Isfahan and Chairman of the Planning and Development Council of the province, while emphasizing the need for executive bodies to pay attention to the performance of the Planning and Development Council of the province and monitoring and analyzing issues raised in meetings of the Planning and Development Council over the past years, use capabilities He considered the capacities of budget notes as the most important task of the managers of the executive bodies and emphasized on presenting the performance report of the managers of the executive bodies in the future meetings of the council.

Following the meeting, the approvals of the working group on infrastructure, rural, urban, nomadic, land management and environment, which amounted to 360 plans and projects, were presented, and the members also expressed their views and opinions on some of its clauses.

After that, Engineer Safaripour, advisor to the head of the Management and Planning Organization of the province, stated: In order to fulfill the duties of part (1) of paragraph (a) of Article (26) of the Sixth Development Plan Law and according to paragraph (a) of Article (32) of the law The permanent provisions of the country's development plans, the land management document, including the national planning document and the Isfahan province planning document, were approved by the Supreme Land Management Council. He considered the observance of the provisions of the planning document mandatory for all executive bodies and considered the issuance of Article 23 of the law regulating part of the government's financial regulations (2) conditional on the implementation of the goals and location of these plans and projects with the provisions of this document. He then stressed that in the document, banks and financial and credit institutions are obliged to ensure that the plan complies with the provisions of the document in granting all facilities.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Bagi, CEO of the Industrial Towns Company of the province, presented a report on the performance of the Industrial Towns Company of the province and said: The ratio of the number of towns and industrial areas approved by the province to the country is 8%. He also addressed the situation of infrastructure facilities in these towns and, citing Article 54 of the Law on Permanent Provisions of the Sixth Development Plan and the Law on Adding Certain Articles to the Law on Regulating a Part of Government Financial Regulations (2) in which service providers are required to meet the needs of units. As the door of the industrial unit, the most important serious challenge in towns and industrial areas is water supply and pointed to the efforts made to provide the minimum water required in towns and industrial areas by the Industrial Towns Company.
